Our condo "Snug Harbor Haven" is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. Staying in our condo allows you to quickly walk to the variety of shops, art galleries, restaurants and participate in many fun activities. All you have to do is just bring your comfortable clothing and be welcomed by other friendly vacationers.

CONDO DETAILS
Location: Our location is truly awesome!!! We are the 1st SET OF CONDO'S directly across the street from the Ship N Shore and Wicks Park (which is right on the Kalamazoo River). Please note that we have the 'Yellow Door'. Our second home is called 'Snug Harbor Haven' and it provides a cozy and romantic atmosphere and is fashionably decorated. The wonderful part of this experience is that you are seconds away from the many delicious restaurants and unique shops.

Accommodations: As the condo owners, we offer you our charming retreat with all the conveniences of home living. Snug Harbor Haven accommodates up to three guests. The sofa is large enough for a fourth person. It is beautifully furnished and supplied with a queen size bed in the bedroom, along with a twin bed located in the living room. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenett. The back patio is for your convenience if you just want to sit outside to relax or if you are a smoker.

LIVING ROOM - Enjoy the beauty of new hardwood floor with Berber rug. Mellow out on the large sofa or the huge chair. Includes a fold out eating table with stools, cable TV, VCR, DVD player.

BEDROOM - Also hardwood floor with big rug. Along with a queen size bed is a closet and dresser that gives you more than enough space for your essentials. Watch TV and fall sleep.

KITCHEN - Supplied with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven, coffee pot and all necessary utensils to make a sandwitch or a quick meal.
BATHROOM - Face and body soaps are supplied along with a hair dryer. There is plenty of storage for your personals.

LINENS - All necessary linens are provided.

LAUNDRY - While we don't offer washer and dryer at this time, Quest Cleaners Drop Laundry and Dry Cleaning is only 5 minutes away. (Click here for location)

Nightly Rates For 2011:

May 1, 2011 - May 26, 2011: $139/night (3 nights minimum)

May 27, 2011 - Oct 31, 2011: $189/night (3 nights minimum)

Nov 1, 2011 - Apr 30, 2012: $125/night (3 nights minimum)

Waterfront Film Festival (June 9-12) --- $245/night (3 nights minimum)
Holiday's (memorial, 4th of July and etc.)-------$245/night

• Rate table above is based on double occupancy; each additional guest is $20 per night.
• Applicable taxes are not included in rates quoted.
• Discounts for weekly stay available.
• We accept checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Policies:
• No smoking inside the building. However smoking is allowed on the back patio.
• Check in: 3:30 p.m (Eastern Standard Time)
• Check out: 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

Reservations:
• 14 days reservation policy.
• If the reservation is made more than 14 days before the arrival, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve the unit. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• If the reservation is made less than 14 days before arrival, immediate full payment is required.

Damage Deposit:
• A $100 refundable damage deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival.
• Will be returned within 7 days of departure.

Cancellations:
• 14 days cancellation policy.
• All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable (less $35).
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are refundable only to the extent we are successful in re-booking. If we are successful in re-booking for the same period, a partial or full refund may be made less a $35 cancellation fee.
• No credit for for late arrivals or early departures.

Pet Policy:
• We are pet lovers, but we decided no pets so that it allows the next guests to checkin on time in case of any pet accidents.

Advanced Reservations:
We accept reservations up to 6 MONTHS in advance, with first right of refusal going to those with current reservations. Please plan accordingly for peak season availability.

1. Take I-94 North to I-196 N/US-31 N via EXIT 34 toward HOLLAND/GD RAPIDS
2. Take the CR-A2 exit, EXIT 36, toward DOUGLAS/SAUGATUCK
3. Merge onto BLUE STAR HWY/CR-A2 toward DOUGLAS/SAUGATUCK
4. Follow Blue Star Highway through Douglas and across the bridge.
5. Turn left on Lake St.
6. Continue on Lake through the stoplight. Lake St. becomes Culver St. and then Water St. Continue for four blocks. Our building will be on your right between Mary and Francis St.

Directions from Detroit:
1. Take I-96 West to I-196 South/West.
2. Merge onto MI-6 W/PAUL B HENRY FWY via EXIT 46 toward M-6 W/HOLLAND.
3. Merge onto I-196 W via the exit on the LEFT toward HOLLAND.
4. Take the CR-A2 exit, EXIT 41, toward SAUGATUCK/DOUGLAS.
5. Turn RIGHT onto BLUE STAR HWY/CR-A2.
6. Follow Blue Star Highway to the turn off for Saugatuck at Washington Ave., which then becomes Holland St.
7. Turn RIGHT onto FRANCIS ST which will deadend at Water Street.
8. Our building will be on your left between Mary and Francis St.
