Policies:
• No smoking inside the building. However smoking is allowed on the back patio.
• Check in: 3:00 p.m(Eastern Standard Time)
• Check out: 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Reservations:
• 14 days reservation policy.
• If the reservation is made more than 14 days before the arrival, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve the unit. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• If the reservation is made less than 14 days before arrival, immediate full payment is required.
Damage Deposit:
• A $150 refundable damage deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival.
• Will be returned within 7 days of departure.
Cancellations:
• 14 days cancellation policy.
• All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable (less $35).
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are refundable only to the extent we are successful in re-booking. If we are successful in re-booking for the same period, a partial or full refund may be made less a $35 cancellation fee.
• No credit for for late arrivals or early departures.
Pet Policy:
• We are pet lovers, but we decided no pets so that it allows the next guests to checkin on time in case of any pet accidents.
Advanced Reservations:
We accept reservations up to ONE YEAR in advance, with first right of refusal going to those with current reservations. Please plan accordingly for peak season availability.
